All team members are expected to be at every training session, if an athlete misses 3 practices they risk losing their place on the team.
The general ages of cheerleaders for a specific team are shown under each heading. For competitions, an athletes age will be their age as of 31st August 2016.

Tiny Team
Athletes aged 4-6
Although our Tiny team are very young, they still train and work towards competitions. Combined with lots of fun and games, the Tiny team work on their stunts, pyramids, jumps, tumbles and dance combined in a 2:30 routine which they compete throughout the season.

Mini Team
Athletes aged 8 and below
New this season, our Mini team train and compete at level 0/1.

Senior Cheerleading
Athletes aged 15 upwards (Some younger athletes may be moved up on ability)
We currently have 3 Senior teams, training weekly:
The level that our Senior teams will compete at will be decided at the start of each season.
We also have our Senior All-Girl Level 7 team who train monthly.

Tumble
(Non-Trailblazer athletes may attend providing they are not part of any other competitive team, excluding school teams)
This will focus on running and standing tumble/gymnastic skills such as forward/backward/dive rolls, round-offs, front/back walkovers, front handsprings, back handsprings (also known as back flips) back tucks etc.
We have 5 qualified coaches assisting our athletes. They coach technique and provide knowledge of how to perform and perfect a skill as well as being hands-on to safely support an athlete performing a skill.
The three 12m air tumble tracks will be used at the tumble class for both running and standing tumbling.
